  • What are Conscious Candles made with? 
    Just three simple ingredients, Responsibly Sourced Wooden Wicks, 100% Soy Wax and Premium Fragrance Oil. Conscious Candles products contains NO PARAFFIN, DYES, PHTHALATES, PARABENS, OR FORMALDEHYDES. 

  • What’s so special about Soy Wax ? 
    Not only does Soy Wax provide a cleaner burn, it also burns slower providing you with a longer lasting candle. Soy wax is a renewable source and its biodegradeable, making it safer for everyone in your home include your furry friends. 

  • How long will my 9oz candle burn ? 
    With proper care your candle should burn 40+ hours. Proper care includes letting your first burn last for at minimum 4 hours to create a burn memory, trimming your wick before each burn and keeping your candle free from debris; recap your candles when they are no longer in use. 

  • What is a wickless candle ? 
    A wickless candle is just the best thing ever ! Wickless candles are jar candles without wicks,  they do not require any type of open flame for you to enjoy the highly fragrant aromas. These candles are warmed using candle warmers and can last up to TWO MONTHS ! Wickless candles are ideal for the office and places where open flame would not be safe. 

  • What is a wax melt ? 
    Wax melts are small pieces of wax that are burnt in a wax melter to release fragrance. Wax melts can be burnt in tealight melters or electric style melters for a flame free experience. Wax melts can be enjoyed until the scent dissipates, which varies based on usage. 

 

  • How do I change my wax melt from my warmer? 
    Once the scent is gone to switch out your wax melt, simply dip a cotton ball into the melted wax to absorb leftover wax. Once the wax is removed, wipe clean and replace with a new wax melt. 

  • Help! My candle no longer has a smooth top after burning it ? 
    A non smooth top after burning a 100% soy wax candle is completely normal and quite common. The good news is that this is a by-product of all-natural wax, and it does not affect the performance of the candle. Your candle will still smell amazing and burn the next time you relight it.
