Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. As always feel free to tryout a mini candle before committing to new scents.
Damaged In Transit
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email photos and any additional info to ConsciousCandlesCompany@gmail.com
ShippingÂ
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days to get your items packaged and in the mail. To minimize the risk of your packages being caught up in the weekend mail load, we only ship Monday-Wednesday. If you require your items sooner please inquire about rush shipping, before placing your order.

Items marked as pre-order items require additional processing times. These items will not ship on the standard shipping schedule. Unless otherwise noted on the product, please allow up to ten business days for your items to ship.
